Shelf-Stable “Milks” – Click on the link at left to explore “milk” options that can be stored in your pantry!
Simply Delish Instant Puddings and Jel Desserts – These are not only vegan but sugar-free as well!
Annie’s Vegan Mac – Annie’s offers 3 tasty vegan mac-n-“cheese” options to choose from… my personal faves are the 2 that have the sweet potato pumpkin “cheese.” There is also a more classic one that the kiddos in your life are sure to love!
Dandies Vegan Marshmallows – There are a few vegan marshmallow brands on the market today but Dandies reigns supreme! They have fluff, mini, and full size, as well as seasonal flavors like maple, pumpkin, and peppermint.
Enjoy Life Baking Chocolate Chips/Chunks – Free from gluten and 14 different allergens, these chips/chunks are perfect for all your vegan baking and treat making needs. They currently have semi-sweet, dark, ricemilk, and white… now I’m just waiting on the butterscotch, PB, or “cream cheese” ones to be created!
Annie’s Organic Pancake & Waffle Mix – This mix is vegan-friendly and makes a more homemade-style pancake like the ones you probably had growing up. They’re a bit on the plain side so you’ll want to be sure to jazz them up with some vanilla or some cinnamon, or maybe some vegan chocolate chips or fresh berries!
Birch Benders Organic Classic Pancake & Waffle Mix and Plant Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix – This is my go-to for absolutely perfect pancakes and fast – you just add water! They turn out so fluffy and sweet. When I want something a little healthier I sometimes turn to their plant protein mix but my fave plant protein pancake mix is listed below.
Kodiak Classic Plant-Based Flapjack & Waffle Mix – Someone gifted me a box of this and from that day forward I was hooked. They’re really good for being packed with protein and just like with the Birch Benders mixes, you just need to add water to this one!
Supernatural Sprinkles – For their ultra cute, vegan, artificial dye-free (yet crazy colorful) sprinkles, I love Supernatural Sprinkles! They also sell food coloring, frosting mix, and more.
Barilla Protein+ Pasta – I had all but swore off pasta since I eat mostly low carb however, this pasta brought me back around! Made with golden wheat and protein from lentils, chickpeas, and peas, this pasta packs in 17g of protein per serving yet has the taste and texture of traditional pasta. It comes in 8 different shapes.

Bragg Nutritional Yeast (AKA Nooch) – This is a nutritious way to add some cheesy flavor to your foods and recipes!
Siete Salsa – Most salsa is already vegan, just so we’re clear, but this is my favorite! I like a juicy, fresh-tasting salsa and this is just that. I prefer the mild option but they also have 3 other options if you are looking for some more heat/a different flavor profile.
Boar’s Head Deli Dressing – This is an absolute must for sub sandwiches.
Hidden Valley Ranch Plant-Powered – Hidden Valley stepped it up and made a vegan “ranch” that we can all be proud of! They also now offer a spicy variety for all you heat lovers.
Follow Your Heart Salad Dressings – Ranch, Thousand Island, and Honey Mustard are just a few of the varieties they offer. Every one that I’ve tried has been so yummy!

Hippeas – If you’re craving Cheetos or Doritos then you’re going to want to check out Hippeas! You can also find Hippeas at most Starbucks locations for a quick vegan snack on-the-go.
Drizzilicious Rice Cakes – With a bunch of different flavors to choose from, they deliciously drizzled mini rice cakes are the healthy sweet treat you’ve been looking for. They also offered drizzled popcorn which is the perfect treat to sneak into the movies!
Annie’s Granola Bars and Fruit Snacks – I want to be clear that not everything Annie’s makes is vegan-friendly so be sure to double check ingredients before purchasing! But their granola bars are vegan (minus the dipped and drizzled ones), as well as some of their fruit snacks which are chewy and sticky in all the right ways.
Bobo’s – Bobo’s makes oatmeal-based treats (bars, cups, etc.) that are healthy and delicious! I love the apple pie ones, the PB ones, the maple pecan ones, and the chocolate chip ones most of all.
Abe’s Muffins – Abe’s Muffins (and more) are all “school-friendly” meaning they’re 100% peanut, tree nut (other than coconut), dairy, egg, sesame, soy, and pea protein-free yet still hella delicious! I especially love their blueberry muffins and their coffee cake.
Better Bite’s – Better Bite’s is also “school-friendly.” They offer nostalgic treats like filled mini cupcakes (my fave), as well as cake bites, and more.
Rubicon Vegan Cakes and Cupcakes – Firstly, not everything Rubicon makes is vegan but what they do make vegan is very good. Secondly, I need you to know that their vegan vanilla cupcakes taste EXACTLY like Twinkies!
JOJO’s Chocolate – JOJO’s offers healthier chocolate-forward snacking options! I especially love their PB filled bites/bars which you can sometimes find at Costco and their hazelnut filled bites. They have other flavors too as well as chocolate covered pretzels.

Lindt Non-Dairy Oak Milk Chocolates – I am obsessed with Lindt’s Oat Milk Salted Caramel bar but they didn’t just give us vegans 1 option, they gave us 2 candy bar options and 2 truffle options! I also just recently discovered that some of their % dark chocolate bars (not truffles) are accidentally vegan too. My favorite is the 70% cocoa one.
Katjes Plant-Based Gummies – Katjes gummies are very thick and chewy, absolutely addictive, and come in the cutest shapes!
Cocomels Coconut Milk Caramels and Toffee – Cocomels will have you thinking they’re not vegan but they are… they’re buttery and rich and the perfect caramel texture. They also offer toffee and seasonal flavor options like maple and pumpkin spice!
Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups – Not all of Justin’s PB cups are vegan but all of the dark chocolate varieties, in both regular size and mini size, are vegan!

Fody Foods – Fody offers a variety of vegan-friendly sauces, seasonings, etc. that are also low-FODMAP. Because hot girls have IBS/IBD ❤ Everything is vegan except for their Chicken Soup Base.
Belliwelli Snack Bars – When I can’t eat anything because of a Crohn’s flare, I turn to these bars (and protein shakes – see below) to get me through. They come in a variety of flavors and if you can’t decide then they also offer a variety box!

OWYN Protein Shakes and Powder – My favorite vegan protein shakes are OWYN! They do have protein powder too but I sure do love a good grab-n-go thing. My favorite flavor is cookies and creamless followed by dark chocolate. I do enjoy the vanilla one too though, especially when I am dealing with a Crohn’s flare or just sick in general and need to get something in my angry tummy that won’t cause it to get even more angry.
Sunwarrior Protein Powders – Sunwarrior is another great vegan-friendly protein powder brand! Their blends are a little more nutritiously diverse than OWYN’s but I feel like OWYN’s texture and flavor is just a little bit better. Sunwarrior, however, does offer way more flavor options than OWYN and they also offer a wide variety of other vegan-friendly health-related products.
(Protein pancake mix recommendations, as well as a protein pasta recommendation, can be found at the top of this page under “PANTRY STAPLES” if you want even more protein in your day!)
