Impossible Savory “Sausage” Patties – I rotate between these and the Beyond ones for a protein-rich weekday breakfast. These ones in particular you can air fry which I love. They also have a spicy version!
Beyond Breakfast “Sausage” Classic Patties and Links – As stated above, it’s either these or the Impossible ones on my plate each morning and, as with the Impossible ones, these too have a spicy version. I do want to note however, for vegans who don’t enjoy highly realistic meat substitutes, you’ll want to avoid the links as they have a casing on them (vegan-friendly obvi) that really replicates the mouth feel of an actual sausage link.
Sweet Earth Benevolent “Bacon” – This is a flavorful vegan “bacon” and that’s why I love it but it’s not the most realistic and it tends to stay on the softer side. I love it for BLT’s as well as in breakfast burritos or scrambles.
LightLife Smart Bacon – This one leans slightly more realistic than Benevolent “Bacon.” It also crisps up nicely making it perfect for all you former crispy “bacon” lovers. It’s great on breakfast sandwiches as well as on salads!
MorningStar Farms – I need to note that not everything they make is vegan so just be sure to double check the ingredients list or look for the vegan symbol on the packaging (on most but not all of their vegan products). My favorites are their Pancake and Sausage on a Stick and their Chorizo Crumbles.

Gardein – Gardein offers a ton of great “meats.” My favorites are the Ground Be’f (great on pizzas), the Crispy Chick’n Sliders, the Lightly Breaded Turk’y Cutlets, the Savory Stuffed Turk’y, and the Turk’y Roast – those last 3 are perfect options for your Thanksgiving table too!
Beyond Burger – Beyond is my go-to when I want a highly realistic vegan “burger.” It has great flavor and texture, and it cooks up quick and easy!
Impossible Burger – Impossible is what I use when Beyond is out of stock but with that said, don’t think it’s any less-than. The only real reason I prefer Beyond to Impossible is because of the way Impossible looks raw and while being cooked, but the taste and texture are on point and I quite enjoy eating Impossible “Burgers” at Burger King when out and about!
Tofurky – I love their deli slices for sub sandwiches, especially the Peppered one and the Roasted Turk’y one. I’ve also been known to cut them into smaller pieces to create a homemade Lunchable! They also have a Celebration Roast which is another great option for your Thanksgiving table.
MorningStar Farms – I need to note that not everything they make is vegan so just be sure to double check the ingredients list or look for the vegan symbol on the packaging (on most but not all of their vegan products). My favorites are their Corn Dogs and their Sweet BBQ Riblets!
LightLife Smart Dogs – A classic hot dog experience in flavor, texture, and size. I enjoy them with ketchup and mustard or with some vegan chili and “cheese.”
365 by Whole Foods Market Chicken-Style Plant-Based Nuggets – My go-to when I’m craving chickie-nuggies. They’re also great on a sandwich or in a salad!
Impossible Chicken – Whether you want tenders, patties, normal nuggets or animal-shaped nuggets, Impossible has you deliciously covered. There are spicy versions available in some of these varieties as well!
Skinny Butcher Crazy Crispy Chick’n – This “chicken” with its battered, peppery goodness is wonderful however you want to enjoy it… including with some white gravy!
365 by Whole Foods Market Plant-Based Chicken Chunks – I love these little chicken-y chunks of goodness! I use them in salads and in quesadillas but they’re also good with pasta, or on a pizza, or really anywhere you want to use ’em.

Gardein – Whether you use their Lightly Breaded Turk’y Cutlets (great pan-fried), their Savory Stuffed Turk’y, or their Turk’y Roast, you’re sure to have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Tofurky – Their Celebration Roast is a classic for a reason!
